ARE YOU INSURED?
Yes, we are fully insured but we still advise that you keep all valuables and sentimental attachments in a safe place.
DO I HAVE TO BE AT HOME DURING CLEANING PROCESS?
No, you do not have to be at home during the cleaning process, as our cleaners have been trained to treat your home with utmost respect, whether you are there or not.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM HOURS I CAN BOOK FOR?
The minimum hours for bookings depends on the type of cleaning, 2 hours is the minimum for any regular cleaning or communal area cleaning. Minimum of 6 hours for spring cleaning.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE?
You have to contact us within 24hours of the job been done and we will send the cleaner back in to re- do the job free of charge.
WHO PROVIDES ALL THE CLEANING MATERIALS /EQUIPMENTS?
All cleaning materials and equipments are provided by you. We will give you a list of cleaning materials we normally use, and inform you when you are running low on them. We can also provide you with the cleaning materials and equipments, at an additional rate.
ARE YOUR CLEANER VETTED?
Yes, all our cleaners go through the company vetting process.
CAN THE SAME CLEANER COME IN EVERY TIME?
Yes, we will send you the same cleaner every time. But in the case of absence or illness, we will send a replacement cleaner.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CLEANER DOES NOT SHOW UP?
Contact the office immediately. And if the cleaner is 30 minutes late, you will be entitled to some discount.
WHO PAYS THE CLEANER?
The company is responsible for the cleaner/s payment.
DO I HAVE TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT TO THE CLEANER/S?
No! You do not need to make any payment to the cleaner/s, unless previous advice to do that by the company.
CAN I CHANGE MY SCHEDULED TIME FOR CLEANING?
Yes, you can change a scheduled cleaning time provided you notify us within 48 hour to the scheduled time, if not you will still be liable for the fully payment of the cleaning time, even though the property is not cleaned.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY REGULAR SCHEDULED CLEANING?
You can only cancel your regular scheduled cleaning by giving a month notice in advance.
